Every project begins with a thorough pressure wash to remove dirt, mildew, chalking, and loose paint. Proper adhesion starts with a clean surface.
We inspect every exterior surface for cracked caulk, peeling paint, bare wood, rot, and moisture damage. All problem areas are addressed before paint goes on — scraped, repaired, sanded, and spot-primed. This is the most important part of the process and where most inferior painters cut corners.
